1. Get in Touch

Get in touch by Emailing us at: info@rugbyforheroes.org.uk

 

We’d love to hear what you’ve got planned and help you as much as possible in your fundraising efforts.

2. JustGiving 

Just Giving is fantastic online donation site that is completely secure and offers Gift Aid for donations. You can create your own fundraising page on Just Giving by clicking here.

 

JustGiving also have 10 great tips on making the most of your page.

3. Be Safe & Legal

Please keep in mind the safety and legal requirements of the fundraising activity you are undertaking. Keeping everyone safe should be top priority.

4. Tell us About It

Keep us updated at info@rugbyforheroes.org.uk – we want to know how it’s going, if you need any help or, if you’ve already completed your activity, how much you raised! We’d also love to have your photos so we can share the great work you’re doing in support of Rugby for Heroes with all our supporters!

5. Social Networking

Using sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram are a great way to tell your friends and family what you’re doing in support of Rugby for Heroes.

Appeal to your friends on Facebook to support your fundraising activity. Don’t forget to “like” Rugby for Heroes on Facebook too so we can share your posts. Tweet to your followers about your progress and don’t forget to tag @rugbyforheroes in your Twitter feeds so we can retweet your posts and help promote what you’re doing.

Use your fundraising as a means to engage your colleagues and contacts on LinkedIn. Pitch it as a team building exercise and encourage them to join you.

​

Make sure you tag us @rugbyforheroes in all your Instagram updates, we’d love to see what you’re up to.
